Do you ship to my country?

 

As of right now I only ship to New Zealand addresses. Australia will be open for shipping very soon. If you’re from Australia, email me or directly message me on Facebook or Instagram and I can let you know if shipping is possible.

 

How long does shipping take?

 

Depending on your order, it can take between 1-2 days after your purchase to process your order. If you ordered a custom order the time frame will be approximately 1-2 weeks after purchase (Bear in mind that it can take up to 3 weeks in my busy periods).

 

According to New Zealand post, shipping should take approximately 3-4 business days to arrive within New Zealand. International times to Australia will be confirmed at a later date.

 

It is obvious but worth stating that if you give me an incomplete address or wrong address, you will not receive your parcel, so this is critical to avoid any delays.

 

My shipment has arrived damaged. What should I do?

 

If the contents in your parcel is clearly damaged from a rough courier service, send me an email at jess@jessscott.design or directly message me on Facebook or Instagram and I will arrange to send you a new one. 

 

Please note, I will not cover any damages if your parcel has been left in a place where it can get damaged by weather conditions or can be stolen.

 

If your parcel is lost it is your responsibility to contact New Zealand Post to track it down. If for whatever reason New Zealand post has lost it for good, contact me and I will arrange to send you a new one.

 

Returns:

 

Due to the nature of the products I make, returns cannot be accepted.

 

Refunds:

 

If you are not happy with your order or it is damaged and don't want a new order sent to you, email me at jess@jessscott.design and I can arrange to send you a refund.

 

What if there’s a problem with my order?

 

Please send an email with your order number to jess@jessscott.design and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

 

Customs and import taxes:

 

In this unlikely event, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
